I got compelled to review the series by watching a negative review here.I don't have any idea how someone can find Shaktiman bad. It has got superhero, a heroin(Geeta Vishwas) and funny hero (Gangadhar) and also Dr. Jackal and Kilwish. Acting was good effects were okay for that time(and they haven't improved yet in India).Overall it was too much fun to avoid. Surely if anyone watches it today they may find it bit bizarre but it was awesome at the it was aired. Indian small kids may never what a great series they missed. Also a special mention for the Kaladungapur Jungle episodes where we got a villain who was similar to Arnlod's Predator, those episodes were very very awesome.
